Weed and Vegetation Ordinance- Art. III Sec 22-60
It shall be unlawful for any owner, lessees, occupant of any person in charge of any premises in the city to allow weeds to grow upon the premises in excess of 12 inches in height, or trash or rubbish to accumulate upon said premises to such an extent as is reasonably calculated to create a fire hazard or calculated to become injurious to the health of the citizens of the city and either act is hereby declared to constitute a public nuisance.
