Pay My Bill

On Paystar you can review all account information any time as well as set up payment reminders, notifications, and payment options. All you need is your account number. You can find this on your bill, or you can give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

PAY MY BILL

Bills always go out on the 1st of the month, and the due date is always the 20th of the month. If you do not receive your bill, please call the city hall to get your balance due before the 20th.  

Payments made after 5:00 PM on the 20th will receive a $10.00 late fee. (Unless the 20th falls on a weekend, then you will have until 5:00 PM on the following Monday.)  

Payments not made in full before 5:00 pm on the day before cut off day, will receive an additional $50.00 reconnect fee that must be paid to have water turned back on.
